You are required to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date. 92r1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92r1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fee is charged by 92r1; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 92r1 PKR Wallet within seconds of successful authorisation on your mobile wallet application. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard inter-bank processing times. The minimum deposit on 92r1 is Rs. 500. Maximum deposit limits are published in the Cashier section of your account and may be adjusted based on account verification status.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Verified accounts with completed KYC are eligible for withdrawal processing during standard business hours, seven days a week. 92r1 does not impose arbitrary holding periods on legitimate winnings. In the event that a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs before the minimum threshold required for a valid result under the applicable playing regulations, 92r1 will settle affected markets in accordance with its official Cricket Betting Rules. Match winner markets will generally be voided and stakes returned for matches that do not produce an official result. Over/under markets and player performance markets may be settled differently; specific rules for each market type are available in the 92r1 Betting Rules section.
Where 92r1 has published clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, system malfunction, or human error — including odds that are manifestly out of line with the prevailing market — 92r1 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's PKR Wallet. 92r1 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors as quickly as possible.
In-play cricket betting markets on 92r1 are offered during live PSL and international matches. Odds fluctuate continuously in response to on-field developments. 92r1 periodically suspends live markets for brief periods to recalibrate odds. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. Connectivity issues on the Player's end do not constitute grounds for voiding a successfully accepted in-play bet.
All casino games available on 92r1 — including live dealer tables, video poker titles such as Jacks or Better and Blackjack MH, and slot games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics from licensed game studios. 92r1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that disrupts a casino game round in progress, 92r1 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked PKR amount returned to the Player's Wallet. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in instances where the outcome cannot be confirmed.

Bonus funds credited to a 92r1 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Where an error is identified that has resulted in incorrect payouts, 92r1 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting affected account balances accordingly.
Nothing in these Terms limits 92r1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
92r1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: material breach of these Terms; evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; underage account use; extended account inactivity (where no login has occurred for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months); or at the direction of a competent legal or regulatory authority.
You may request the closure of your 92r1 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any real-money balance in your PKR Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure if wagering requirements have not been met.
Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the 92r1 platform ceases immediately.
